H.E. Ma. Hellen B. De La Vega, Philippine Ambassador to Australia, delivered a lecture on ASEAN and the practice of regional community on 13 August 2019 at the Australian National University (ANU). The audience was composed of graduate students in international relations. The lecture was organized by the Department of International Relations of the Coral Bell School of Asia Pacific Affairs of ANU.
