27 April 2021, CANBERRA – The Philippine Trade and Investment Centre-Sydney (PTIC-Sydney) will host a Trabaho, Negosyo, Kabuhayan (TNK) webinar on Agribusiness Opportunities in the Philippines on 30 April 2021, 7:00 PM (AEST). The webinar will discuss opportunities in agriculture and feature experts from the Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Policy Council and Agricultural Training Institute. The agriculture sector, which demonstrated resilience as the pandemic severely affected other sectors of the economy, offers opportunities for investment for Filipinos overseas and returning overseas Filipinos.

This webinar will kick-off the year-long TNK offerings of PTIC-Sydney that will include investing in bonds, stocks and mutual funds (July); franchising (September); and, the local startup system (November). PTIC-Sydney is ready to assist Filipino entrepreneurs and would-be entrepreneurs explore business opportunities in the Philippines and support the country’s economic recovery.
