Dr. Obed Moses Tallis, President of the Republic of Vanuatu, awarded Mr. Florentino Serrano, Philippine Honorary Consul General to Vanuatu, with the 40th Anniversary Medal on 30 October 2020 in Port Vila, Vanuatu. The 40th Anniversary Medal is a Presidential Medal Award bestowed on individuals who have made important contributions to Vanuatu. Honorary Consul General Serrano is the first Filipino to receive the Presidential Medal Award in Vanuatu. END.
