All MRP applicants who have signed their MRP-CGF forms and who have not yet received notification from the Embassy regarding the availability of their new passports after the lapse of at least 60 days from the date of signing are requested to email and provide their details to the Embassy through the Embassy's website contact page message box at www.philembassy.org.au/contact-us.html for the corresponding tracking and status response.

The Embassy wishes to remind all MRP applicants that they are required to submit their existing green colored passport to the Embassy for cancellation before the new Machine Readable Passport can be released and mailed back to them.

The cancelled green colored passport will be returned by the Embassy back to the applicant together with their new Machine Readable Passport.
