The Philippine Embassy’s Special Board of Canvassers (SBOC), chaired by H.E. Ambassador Ma. Hellen B. De La Vega (2nd from left), commences the electronic transmission of the certificates of canvass to the National Board of Canvassers in the Philippines. The SBOC transmitted results from a total of nineteen (19) clustered precincts, representing 4,585 overseas voters from Australia, Vanuatu, New Caledonia and Nauru.
