21 September 2022, CANBERRA – Philippine Ambassador to Australia Ma. Hellen B. De La Vega attended the 2022 International Day of Peace Ceremony organized by the Rotary Club of Canberra Burley Griffin on 21 September 2022 at the Nara Peace Park. The event took stock of initiatives by the local community towards sustaining peace as well as national and global efforts towards sustaining lasting peace around the world. Director Damian Cardona Onses of the UN Information Centre in Canberra also delivered a message from the UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres.
