Public Notice - Lost passports of Larry Dueñas Eata and Jairus Vinces Peñalosa Guerero

The Philippine Embassy is in possession of the following Philippine passports:

  • EC6669040 belonging to Mr. Larry Dueñas Eata. The passport was returned by Queensland Police Service; and
  • EC8545700 belonging to Mr. Jairus Vinces Peñalosa Guerero. The passport was returned to the Embassy by local police station in Victoria through the Philippine Consulate in Melbourne. Messrs. Eata and Guerrero are requested to contact the Philippine Embassy at (02) 6273 2535 ext. 231 for instructions on how to claim their lost passports.
