For our mutual safety, and in compliance with the latest State COVID-19 regulations, effective 08 July 2020, the Philippine Consulate General in Melbourne has revised its service arrangements, as follows:
1. All new bookings for consular service appointment are suspended. Only clients with already confirmed appointments will be served for the duration of the Stage 3 lockdown.
2. Clients requiring emergency assistance may call the following hotline: 0426561217.
3. All other requests for assistance may be sent by email to email@example.com; the staff will respond as soon as possible.
4. Service appointments will continue as soon as the current restrictions are lifted, and the State has determined that it is safe to resume normal public transactions.
Clients are reminded to keep themselves informed of the restrictions applicable to their respective areas, particularly the permissible reasons to leave their homes or visit other places, and the limits on public gatherings.
