10:00AM (AEST) 11 June 2021 - The Philippine Embassy in Canberra has now opened 100 additional slots on 17 July 2021 for passport applications for the Mobile Consular Mission in Brisbane, Queensland. These slots are only for those with expired passports.
Please click on the link “Book an Appointment in Mobile Mission Brisbane” through the link booking.philembassy.org.au and create an account to book an appointment and follow the instructions in the link. Payment is not required to secure an appointment.
To avoid unnecessary inconvenience or expenses/charges on the part of the applicant, please do not send any documents by post to the Philippine Embassy until you have been notified to do so via email by the Philippine Embassy.
The Embassy is unable to accommodate walk-in applicants.

Overseas Voters Registration
Eligibility to register as an overseas voter is based on Republic Act No. 9189 as amended by Republic Act No. 10590 which states that all citizens of the Philippines abroad, who are not disqualified by law, at least eighteen (18) years of age on May 9, 2022, and who are registered overseas voters, may vote for President, Vice President, Senators and Party-List Representatives.
To book an appointment for overseas voters registration during the Mobile Consular Mission in Brisbane on 12-16 July 2021, please email oav@philembassy.org.au. Overseas voting registration is also conducted daily at the Philippine Embassy in Canberra and the Philippine Consulates General in Sydney and Melbourne, except during lockdowns and declared holidays, until the closing of overseas voting registration on 30 September 2021.
