Philippine Honorary Consul General in Brisbane, Mrs. Margaret Grummit, attended the 13th Asia Pacific Screen Awards Night last 21 November 2019 in Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. With her in the photo is Ms. Max Eigenmann, who won the Best Performance by an Actress Award (Best Actress) for the film “Verdict”.

Max Eigenmann is the daughter of the late great actor Mark Gil and former beauty queen turned actor Bing Pimentel. In 2016, she starred in Ned’s Project and won Best Supporting Actress in the Cinefilipino Film Festival. She also won awards for “Kulay Lila ang Gabi na Binudburan pa ng mga Bituin” in 2017.
