CANBERRA (29 October 2020) – The Embassy is pleased to announce that the Philippine Government, through the Bureau of the Treasury, will launch the second tranche of Premyo Bonds on 11 November 2020. Premyo Bonds, one-year low-risk government securities, are open to retail and individual investors including overseas Filipinos with a minimum investment amount of PHP500.

The Embassy invites the Filipino community to learn more about Premyo Bonds through a webinar with Treasurer of the Philippines Ms. Rosalia De Leon on 09 November 2020, 5:00 PM Canberra time. Ms. De Leon and bank representatives will introduce Premyo Bonds to the Filipino community in Australia and discuss opportunities for the overseas Filipinos to invest, earn and contribute to Philippine nation-building.
