H.E. Ma. Hellen B. De La Vega, Ambassador of the Philippines to Australia, (front/center) met with Ms. Elsa Collado, President, and the officers of Lakas Filipina Incorporated on 08 March 2021 at the Philippine Embassy in Canberra which coincides with the celebration of International Women’s Day.

08 March 2021 (Canberra) - H.E. Ma. Hellen B. De La Vega, Ambassador of the Philippines to Australia, met with Ms. Elsa Collado, President, and the officers of Lakas Filipina Incorporated on 08 March 2021 at the Philippine Embassy in Canberra. Ambassador De La Vega welcomed the visit of Lakas Filipina, a women organization based in Sydney that advocates women issues and provides support to Filipino women in New South Wales, which coincided with the celebration of International Women’s Day.

Ms. Collado discussed with Ambassador De Le Vega their organization’s plans for the 75th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between the Philippines and Australia.
