09 January 2026, CANBERRA - Ambassador Antonio Morales received H.E. Clifford Borg-Marks, High Commissioner of Malta to Australia, for a courtesy call on 09 January 2026. During the meeting, they exchanged views on Malta-Philippines relations and developments of mutual interest, including people-to-people links and Malta’s growing engagement with Southeast Asia. H.E. Borg-Marks conveyed Malta’s appreciation for the Filipino community in Malta and noted their positive integration in Maltese society. Ambassador Morales welcomed the continued strength of bilateral ties and expressed readiness to explore opportunities for expanded cooperation. - END
