The Philippine Embassy wishes to inform the public that the Emergency Inter-Agency Meeting convened on 16 November 2013 by Cabinet Secretary Jose Almendras in Cebu decided that Cebu will be the hub for:

• Typhoon Yolanda International Operations,
• the location of the main packing center for food, and
• the main relocation center for persons leaving the typhoon-affected areas.

Cebu operations will be under the overall supervision of Lt. Gen. Roy Deveraturda AFP.

Our international partners and friends, both government and non-government, are advised that all new offers of assistance and their means of conveyance should henceforth be directed to Cebu. Decisions as to where the assistance will be later directed will be made in Cebu. However, arrangements made prior to this decision may continue as per the terms agreed upon between the Philippine Government and the international partner.

Parties overseas who wish to ship in-kind goods are requested to direct them to Cebu to the following addressee:
