12 February 2020 - The Philippine Embassy notifies the public that the online appointment system will be implemented for passport applications for the Mobile Consular Mission to Darwin on 21-23 April 2020. Securing an online appointment is free of charge.
The appointment system will open to the public on 24 February 2020, 9:00AM (Darwin time).Click on the link in www.philembassy.org.au to book an appointment. Make sure you typed your email address correctly.
If you have successfully booked your provisional timeslot, you will receive an email on the documents you will need to send to the Philippine Embassy by post.
After all the required documents you sent have been received and evaluated by the Philippine Embassy, you will receive a booking confirmation email which also contains instructions on what to do and bring during the appointed time and date of passport renewal.
To avoid unnecessary inconvenience or expenses/charges on the part of prospective applicants, please do not send any documents by post to the Philippine Embassy until you have been notified to do so via email by the Philippine Embassy.
The Online Appointments for Mobile Consular Missions to Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth for 2020 are not yet open. The Philippine Embassy will post advisories regarding the dates for the opening of the online appointment for each Mobile Consular Mission in due course. END
