This is to warn the public against transacting with entities going by the names, Philippine Project Award Commission; Project Award Commission Board; Links Global Consulting; and, Champions Court Global Business Agency.

These entities have misrepresented themselves to be the central procurement agency of the Philippine Government and in the course of such, have transacted with foreign entities and issued receipts purportedly issued by the Bureau of Import Services of the Philippines Department of Trade and Industry.

The Bureau of Import Services does not have any dealings with these entities. The Department of Trade and Industry has filed a case against these fraudulent entities with the National Bureau of Investigation.
