26 July 2021 – The Mobile Consular Mission to Perth, Western Australia will be held at the Filipino Australian Club of Perth Inc. (FACPI) Clubhouse, 1 Catherine St, Bedford WA 6052, from 9 to 13 August 2021. All the passport appointment slots for the duration of this mission have been fully-booked. In adherence to COVID19 social distancing and safety measures, the mission will strictly follow the schedule of the appointments and will not be able to entertain any person without an appointment as the number of appointment slots has already reached the maximum capacity that the mission’s Passport Data Capturing Machines (DCMs) can process. For those with confirmed appointments, only minor children, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities will be allowed to bring one (1) companion into the venue at the time of their appointment.
The Embassy appreciates the understanding of the public on the challenges in efficiently and safely conducting mobile consular missions during the pandemic while still ensuring that normal operations and all consular services are maintained in the Philippine Embassy in Canberra during the period that a significant number of its personnel are in Perth serving our kababayans.
As previously announced, this mobile consular mission will be the first of two scheduled missions to Perth for 2021. Subject to health and travel conditions, a second mobile consular mission to Perth will be held later this year. Those who have not been able to get an appointment for the mobile consular mission in August have the option to await the announcement in the Embassy’s website regarding the second mobile consular mission to Perth in the 4th quarter of 2021.
The Embassy also wishes to remind the public of the following:
