ADVISORY ON PROVISION OF NOTARIAL SERVICES (SPA/NBI/AFFIDAVITS) DURING THE MOBILE CONSULAR MISSION IN PERTH, 7-10 MAY 2024


24 April 2024 - The Philippine Embassy in Canberra will be providing Notarial Services such as NBI fingerprinting, SPA, Affidavits, Acknowledgement, and Jurat BY APPOINTMENT ONLY on 07 to 10 May 2024 during the Mobile Consular Mission in Perth which will be held at the FACPI Clubhouse, 1 Catherine Street, Bedford, WA.

A pre-approved appointment is required to avail of NBI and Notarial Services in addition to the requirement of the applicant’s personal appearance during the appointed time for the signing of the document or NBI fingerprinting in front of the consular officer.

To request for an appointment, kindly send an email on or before 01 May 2024 to mobilemission@philembassy.org.au with the subject “Notarials - Perth Mobile Mission 2024”. Please attach a scanned copy of the document you wish to have notarized or, for NBI applicants, state that you are availing of NBI fingerprinting services. Please also attach a scanned copy of the government-issued ID that the applicant/s will present during the appointment.

Requests for appointment will only be replied to by email. All applicants will receive further instructions by email upon confirmation of the appointment. The Embassy is unable to accommodate walk-in applicants during the dates of the mobile consular mission.

Payments will be collected during the mobile mission. Only payments by credit/debit card (surcharges will apply) OR postal money order payable to the Philippine Embassy will be accepted. Further payment details will be included in the Embassy’s reply to the email appointment request of the applicant.
