The Philippine Embassy in Australia advises the Filipino community in Western Australia to heed Australian government safety warnings in relation to Tropical Cyclone Veronica.

The Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology issued a Tropical Cyclone Warning that Tropical Cyclone Veronica is causing destructive winds and increasing heavy rainfall on central Pilbara coast between Dampier and Port Hedland.
