PH AMBASSADOR SHARES PHILIPPINE PERSPECTIVE AT THE AUSTRALIAN SECURITY SUMMIT

18 July 2017 (CANBERRA, Australia) – H.E. Minda Calaguian-Cruz, Philippine Ambassador to Australia, shared the security developments in the Philippines during the Australian Security Summit on 18 July 2017 at Hotel Realm in Canberra, Australia. Ambassador Calaguian-Cruz identified global terrorism as one of the biggest security concerns. She relayed the Philippines’ own experience in addressing terrorism and the efforts of the Philippine Government, under the leadership of Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte to end the conflict in Marawi and begin the process of reconstruction and rehabilitation.   Read more:
